What 4'11" Looks Like

This is what happens when you're too short to reach the top shelf and too stubborn to care. 4'11" of earned ground.

Started training because I was tired of being small. Kept training because I found out I liked being strong more. Somewhere between the first chin-up I couldn't do and the first weighted pull-up I could, the goal stopped being about how I looked and started being about what I could do.

The arms, the shoulders, the legs — that's not vanity. That's proof of work. Every rep was a choice when nobody was counting.

Height's the one thing you can't change. Everything else is negotiable.
